Refund policy

At TheBombastikKollektion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

Items must be:

* Unused and unworn.

* In their original packaging.

* In the same condition as received.

* Accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

* Cremas

* TiManchèt

* Any other food or beverage products

* Opened beauty products

* Gift cards

Wigs may only be returned if they have not been worn, washed, altered, or customized and all original tags remain attached.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

* Your order number

* Photos of the product

* Photos of the shipping box

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by TheBombastikKollektion.
